1. No data collection

Shoply does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. The app has no account system and does not connect to any server operated by Commos Sp. z o.o..

2. On-device storage

Your transactions, goals, balances, settings and reputation progress are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all of it. CSV files you export are saved wherever you choose to share them.

3. No analytics or advertising

Shoply contains no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not use a remote push service.

4. App Store distribution

Shoply is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect anonymised download and usage information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

5. Children

Shoply is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
