Last updated: October 7, 2026. This End User License Agreement applies to Shoply, provided by Commos Sp. z o.o..

1. License

Commos Sp. z o.o. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Shoply on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or sell the app, or use it commercially without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Shoply name, logo, design and content are owned by Commos Sp. z o.o.. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

4. No warranty

Shoply is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. It is a personal tracking tool, not financial advice, and we do not guarantee that calculations will meet your needs or be error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Commos Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using and delete the app.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Commos Sp. z o.o. is registered (Poland).
